Art of Tim Yi

I’ve been playing WoW a little bit with my Death Knight, but theres not much to do when you’re unguilded and don’t raid. I’ll probably paint some more WoW based characters for fun… Here’s a troll I’m working on.

I guess its a portrait of a zombie general… or some such.

I seem to have a cache of old ass, embarassingly bad work hidden away in my hard drive.  I think I used this in my Art Center application portfolio…  I should re-do it, or atleast fix it.

This is just some sketch I was working on, not too sure where its going…  Other than the hopes of giving her some sort of elaborate dress thats still functional during combat…  Maybe something Soul Calibur’ish.

I haven’t been drawing much, I feel sapped…  but I’ve been trying to finish some stuff but even that is going slow…

Trying to keep up with my new tradition of drawing a page of heads everyday… 

The style of each head is all over the place but I’m experimenting in ways I didn’t try before.  It’s really fun and less restrictive than what I used to do. 

The girl with the axe is a former waitress who was a victim of domestic violence/abuse, and then she took the law into her own hands.  I tried to give her a black eye but that failed miserably.

This is the Mantis.  Something fun I did, I plan on coloring it in that simple animation style…  If I can pull it off.
